MY STORY

I'm a single mom of 2 awesome kids and a pediatric nurse. I was born and raised in the Kansas City area.

Being a homeowner and a working mom, I know how quickly you can fall behind and get overwhelmed with your home. Toys, outgrown clothing, papers, sentimental items... the amount of things get out of control. Once you start getting your space organized, it's amazing the amount of stress and anxiety that melt away.

I've always been a tidy person and enjoyed finding systems for neatness and practicality. I developed a knack for finding efficient ways to store things. Living in an older and smaller home most of my adult life has taught me how to truly stay organized and simplify - think no walk-in closets and tiny bathrooms & bedrooms! But it can be done! No matter the space you are working with, I can help you.

My previous professional experience as an event planner - and then over 17 years as a registered nurse - has given me additional skills in organization and efficiency. It has also helped me learn to individualize each person’s needs. Some may find it extremely difficult to purge items, while others find it easy and refreshing. One person may want to just get organized and use whatever baskets/bins they already have. Others may want a new look with updated/matching containers.

No matter your situation, I can help you achieve the space you want.

When our homes feel messy, we feel stuck and unmotivated. Your home is your biggest investment. Let me help you get the most out of it. I can't wait to work with you!

MY PROCESS

Consultation ~ Each person has different goals and spaces. Let's discuss your overall project and goals for your space. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to start the process.
Sorting Items ~ You can do this yourself or we will help you! For most projects, this involves letting go of items you no longer need or use. It also involves relocating some items to a different area of your home.

Packing and unpacking services are also available.
Organization Time ~ The items that are left after sorting will be organized into your space. We will talk about what this looks like to you: What items do you want to access easily? What products do you need to organize? We can work together during the organization time or I can work independently, depending on your preference.

I'll do all the shopping for the right containers/organizing tools within your budget and preference. I can also supply moving boxes and packing supplies.

I will take one car load of donations to a local charity, or arrange for donations to be picked up from your home.
